Up App Trends is another good platform to view your overall performance. It's more for performance tracking personnel like me. If you've read my personal blog, you'll know that I track basically everything.
As for the trends, you can monitor your performance based on 3 different periods of time, either
- Daily,
- Weekly, or
- Monthly
Since I've just purchased my personal Up Fitness Band, I only have 3 weeks of data. Nevertheless, it's still interesting to see what's happening in your life based on the trend. As you could see from my Daily Trends, the most recent Active Steps I've took was far less than usual. It was because I was lazying at home during the weekends, and therefore there were significant drop in steps I've walked.
You can view many types of data, and it'll automatically plot into the bar chart as shown. The types of data are:
- Total sleep
- Deep sleep
- Light sleep
- Awake time
- Steps
- Active time
- Workout time
- Distance
- Calories burned
- Calories consumed
- Carbs
- Cholesterol
- Fiber
- Protein
- Saturated fat
- Sodium
- Sugar
- Unsaturated fat
- Weight
Monitoring your health and fitness is crucial, not only for sportsperson, but for anyone who thinks they are getting weaker and older. Try to make meaningful judgement and adjust your lifestyle for the better. I'm always trying to improve my health by sleeping well, eating good and regular exercise.
