Researches have confirmed that people who set goals before a task more much more likely to achieve than people who don't. Goal setting is thus very important, not only to fitness, but to our everyday lives.
So how do you set your goals for your Jawbone Up Fitness Band?
Jawbone Up Band Goals
There are basically 2 goals for you to meet daily:
- Sleep Goal
- Move goal
Move goal tracks the number of steps you move daily. Pretty straight forward.
By default, your Band's goals are set to:
- Sleep - 8 hours
- Move - 10,000 steps
How To Change Your Goals for Jawbone Up Band
First of all, go to Home from your Up App. You can either click on the + icon on Top Right Hand Corner, or simply just swipe to left to view your Goals.
Just tap on Goals and you'll be able to change to your personal goals.
Slide the slider to change your Sleep or Move goals. For me, I've set to 7 hours of sleep, and 10,000 steps daily. Remember to Save after that.
